COACHING
A great coach is a great partner—someone who can help you improve your game and get more enjoyment out of work and life. Do you have a partner?
Three beliefs I know to be true:
#1 Transformations are possible.
A transformation is a profound shift resulting in lasting change. Transformation has been a constant theme in my personal and professional journey. Today, I coach businesses, executives, and high performers who’ve hit the wall to create conditions for lasting change. It starts with setting a practice to make a positive shift.
#2 Action leads to outcomes.
GSD (Get Shit Done) is shorthand for the techniques I’ve developed over a 25 year career leading change and driving big outcomes for a number of Silicon Valley success stories. Mark Twain once remarked, “The secret in getting ahead is getting started.” GSD is all about getting started, building momentum, and maintaining that momentum to overcome obstacles.
#3 You (or your team) don't have to do this alone.
Clients often remark, “It’s great having you in my corner.” Sometimes the greatest help we need is to simply have someone shoulder-to-shoulder in the game with us, providing energy and confidence to take action. A big part of my authentic self is doing what great coaches do: connect, understand what’s going on, cut through the clutter and identify a path forward.
If you’re looking for a partner who can help you make a positive shift at your defining moment, let’s talk. I’ve been there for many organizations and leaders making a shift. And I can be there for you, too.
